A parking lot is a large, mostly flat surface. If water ponds anywhere it softens the base in that spot and you get potholes there first. We set the slopes so water moves to the drains, curb cuts or retention areas the site was designed for.

We can pave in sections so part of the lot stays open, or schedule the work for evenings or weekends when that makes more sense for your customers or residents.
